饲料市场要求产品有特点更精致

据农业部最新数据显示，截至2015年3月16日，全国配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料生产企业总数为5987家，单一饲料生产企业1700家，饲料企业数量较2013年底下降1/3左右。2014年全国饲料总产量为1.97亿吨，同比增长2%。而另一组数据：全国工业饲料产能接近6亿吨，而目前只有将近2亿吨的产量，其产能利用率仅三分之一左右。换句话说，还有4亿吨的产能未释放。

产能过剩的问题可见一斑。加上养猪业的复杂行情和环保压力，作为产业投入品的饲料行业生存空间在哪里？

“目前，不仅是猪业产能过剩，饲料行业也过剩。未来饲料行业不是求量，而是求质。在求质的过程中，谁能最先突破，谁就是赢家。”日前，安佑生物科技集团股份有限公司董事长洪平在接受记者采访时表示，以前饲料行业讲求的是营销，谁的营销厉害，谁就是赢家。但现在，营销显得越来越弱。食品安全、猪肉安全和环保压力下如何应对，是行业内共同的问题。

行业的普遍压力的确存在，但安佑却在当前的形势下实现了逆势增长，年销售增长近30%。而他们又是靠教槽料起家的。

教槽料市场覆盖率并不低低的是消费量

国内教槽料市场至少还有10年的高速增长期，业内曾有断言。说到教槽料，不能不提及来自台湾的安佑。正是因为他们将教槽料从国外引进到大陆，才有了“教槽料正式引进国内”的标志性事件。

“国外教槽料市场的覆盖率已经达到80%~90%，但国内市场才30%，也有数据统计说不足25%，但近几年应该超过了这个数字。”洪平认为国内教槽料的成长空间还是存在的。

他解释说，一头仔猪目前教槽料的用量很少，覆盖率却不小。目前国内的饲料厂大多都卖教槽料，凡有饲料的厂子，就有教槽料。你不做，你有我无，也不行。一般而言，现在养殖户一头仔猪平均使用1~2公斤教槽料，完全可以成长到3~4公斤。

据了解，除了安佑，大北农、金新农、大台农、湖南百宜等公司投巨资打造的专业教槽料生产线，成为同行企业代加工的重要基地。

“国内教槽料的统计数据是一方面，我自己的判断仍然是用量低，而非覆盖面低的问题。”洪平说。

谈及目前用量需求低的现实，洪平表示，目前因为猪价低，养殖户也不愿意多投入，但随着猪价景气度的提升，猪价上涨，对于教槽料的需求会进一步增加。

环保饲料成为市场新宠

近年来，安佑饲料销售仍保持着近30%的年增长率，让行业侧目。

“我们的增长来自于环保饲料。因为环保饲料，可以让排出的猪粪不臭，饲料本身以低蛋白、高氨基酸见长，使得粪便恶臭度降低。不臭的猪粪，同时也降低了猪呼吸道疾病诱发的可能性。最后的结果，就是改善了猪的增重效能。”洪平表示，随着时代的变化，当前环保等压力反而对他们的环保饲料发展有利。

据了解，安佑的低碳环保配方技术在中国饲料业界处于领先水平，目前已拥有59项知识产权，其中28项发明专利（15项已授权）、6项实用新型专利（全部授权）、10项外观专利（全部授权）及15项著作权。行业内统计数据显示，安佑集团的技术专利占据了行业20%的份额。
