2015年8月6日，2015饲料热点高层论坛--暨首届首都生物饲料科技创新论坛在北京友谊宾馆华丽开幕。此次大会可谓阵容强大，中国农业部畜牧业司副司长王俊勋、中国工程院院士李德发、中国农科院北京畜牧兽医研究所研究员佟建明、中国农业大学动物科技学院教授张日俊、中国农科院北京畜牧兽医研究所副研究员张铁鹰、中国人民大学农发院党委书记张利庠、北京大北农饲料科技有限公司董事长邵根伙及北京科为博生物集团董事长吴培均等众多农牧业专家、学者及名企代表都参与其中。本次会议吸引了六百余名养殖及饲料企业代表前来参与，中国养殖网、中国饲料工业信息网及中国饲料行业信息网等多家媒体也共同见证了此次盛会。
本次会议的总论坛为“畜牧饲料发展战略高层论坛”，下设生物饲料添加剂应用技术、饲料企业经营管理、生物科技开创养殖增值之路三个分论坛。

中国农业部畜牧业司副司长王俊勋从宏观角度分析了《畜牧饲料行业发展趋势》，他认为下半年畜产品季节性消费将逐步增加，价格行情有望逐步好转，饲料行业将保持低速增长态势。他指出饲料企业应该积极思考如何调整生产方式来适应养殖业的发展要求，饲料业是连接种植业与养殖业的纽带，只有做好服务才能在产业链中发挥越来越重要的作用。

中国工程院院士李德发从动物营养学角度讲述了《动物微生物与健康研究进展》，他谈到丁酸在动物与人类营养方面有重要作用，具有广阔的研究前景；将工艺学与营养学结合能够有效促进饲料工业的发展；饲料工业要与统计学充分结合建立净能预测方程，也要与历史统计数据相联系挖掘变化规律以实现精准配制，因为精准配制饲料会使企业取得良好效益。

中国农科院北京畜牧兽医研究所研究员佟建明分享了《国内外生物饲料的研究进展、问题和对策》，他认为今后真正面临的问题是如何使用抗生素，如果不使用抗生素就能达到目的是最理想的，如何来替代抗生素是研究者、企业应该去思考的。饲用微生物为抗生素的替代提供了可能，其能抑制有害生物、维护肠道健康、缓解不良应激、改善畜舍环境及改善产品品质。佟建明先生谈到饲料企业应抛弃过去的评价标准体系，回归到动物本身。

北京科为博生物集团董事长吴培均在会上做了题为《生物技术在饲料与养殖中的价值创造》的精彩报告。他谈到，酶制剂、生物饲料将会成为最有发展前途的产品，化学合成类产品带来的效益是1+1等于2的，而生物合成产品取得的效益是1+1远远大于2大的。他结合科为博生物多年生产酶制剂及微生态制剂等生物产品的经验，指出控制产品在生产、运输、保存过程中质量稳定性是生物饲料普及及使用的前提，也是不同生物饲料生产企业打造核心竞争力的关键。

生物科技开创养殖增值之路论坛上，南京农业大学黄瑞华教授为大家详细讲述了猪场精细化管理，他指出精细化管理是猪群健康与取得高效益的前提，养猪企业应细化生产细节，不断提升养殖管理水平，做到精细化与人性化，因为如果不能给猪提供良好的环境那么工艺再先进也养不好猪。

饲料企业经营管理论坛由北京科为博生物集团董事长吴培均担任主持，天地经纬总经理周尚书分析了《现代农业的品牌开发与建设》问题，他提出了以价值为核心的四元模式，即价值发现-价值创造-价值沟通-价值交付，他认为产品只是载体，价值才是买卖的核心，而价值是基于需求而存在的，没有需求就没有价值，企业要通过传递具有相关性、独特性且简单的信息来唤起消费者需求。真所谓“价值为王，沟通致胜”。

中国人民大学农发院党委书记张利庠教授深度分析了《农业4.0时代饲料发展趋势》。他谈到，中国的农业需要新的突破，也就是所谓的农业4.0，即打造基于消费的品牌农业、基于整合的六产农业、基于技术的智慧农业、基于功能的休闲农业、基于管理的的策略农业及基于服务的综合农业。他谈到养殖及饲料企业应由提高生产效率转变为提升消费效率，他指出饲料企业做强区域化，提升产品流量才是关键。
